Our commitment to quality products is reflected throughout the entire bagel-making process, as each bagel is boiled and then baked fresh daily in the traditional New York way.
Our proprietary water treatment system, known as “Brooklyn Water Works,” enables us to successfully replicate the chemical composition of the water found in the Catskill Mountains. By using this advanced technology, we can transform any source of tap water in the world into clean, safe drinking water, which is used in all of the restaurant products our loyal customers consume.
